We'll handle the advertising, showings, application screening process and execution of the lease agreement then hand everything over to the Landlord to manage directly with the new Tenant.

We'll handle the advertising, showings, application screening process and execution of the lease agreement, hold the security deposit in our escrow account, collect rents, respond to repair requests, handle lease extensions/renewals, walk the property after move-out and return the Tenant's security deposit less any itemized deductions authorized by the lease agreement.
